2025 Commercial Opportunity Management Associate Summer Intern

Team and Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast paced and collaborative team. You will support end-to-end commercial journey to support Equinix's revenue growth, overseeing pre-sales support with creating, tracking status and garnering approvals for quotes. Account Executives require such support for various reasons including system functionality issues, quote complexity, traveling/out of office, knowledge/training, and exceptional high volume of quotes.

Assignments and Responsibilities:

• Handle escalation between Commercial Opportunity Management and other internal groups
• Provide support in generating legal Agreements in SFDC and submitting nonstandard term requests to Legal (e.g. for DSA, Policies)
• Operate in the optimized case load range
• Work on small projects in addition to everyday role
• Deal and opportunity coordination.
• Delegated Opportunities
• Approval coordination
• Customer requirements gathering
• PO Coordination
• Account request creation and hierarchy.
• Tools and systems education

Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor's or master's degree studies (Graduation between December 2025-September 2026).
• Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between July to September, depending on your school system) .
• Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in English .
• Ability to create accurate and punctual reports, deliver presentations, and share information and ideas with others
• Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and aptitude to learn new software
