Program Highlights:

• Duration: 9 weeks
• Orientation & Training: Start with an introduction to our history, culture, and global HR function.
• Hands-On Experience: Apply your knowledge in various business areas such as Asset Management, Consumer & Community Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, and Cross-firm functions.
• Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from a peer and senior mentor.
• Events: Attend speaker series and other events to meet colleagues and senior leaders.
• Career Opportunities: Top performers may receive a full-time offer at the end of the program.
