2025 Dell Technologies Sales Graduate Program

Our Inside Sales team is the driving force behind our high-level customer interaction.

Join us in a Sales Graduate role, commencing with a hands on training program that is designed to introduce you to the Dell business and learn about our products and solutions. In this role, you will also support our Account Managers to deliver solutions that address customers’ varying needs. You will either work independently or with a subject matter expert.

Start date: February 2025

Day in the life of a Sales Graduate:

• Support the sales process
• Cooperate and collaborate with colleagues, cross-functionally
• Communicate with customers via phone OR email
• Learn about Dell’s products and solutions

About you

• You will be completing your degree prior to the start of the program (February 2025) or graduated not more than 12 months before the commencement of the program
• Passionate about Sales and Technology
• Ideally some experience working in a sales environment
• Great time management and organisational skills
• Basic customer relationship skills
