At the inception of the two-year program, you will begin with an orientation, which will provide education on Hamilton Lane and the private markets investment industry and related technical skills. After orientation, you will focus on Fund Investment Due Diligence and client-specific analysis, while continuing to receive training and development opportunities. In the second year, you will also gain exposure to work on our transaction Teams (Co-Investments, Direct Equity, Direct Credit, and Secondaries)
