We are currently recruiting results-oriented sales professionals to join an established and diverse Sales team, in one of the World's best workplaces. You will be working with some exceptional people to help Adobe build a strong vibrant brand! A strong passion for digital and Sales is a prerequisite for any of these roles, which can be the first step of a Sales Career Path within Adobe. Should you successfully receive an offer, you will be aligned to one of the roles listed below.

The roles:

FY25 Intern - Enterprise Account Manager Intern, Digital Experience

You will assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and business opportunities while participating in market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Your responsibilities include preparing sales presentations and proposals, maintaining the CRM system, and organizing client meetings and events. Additionally, you will monitor sales performance metrics, collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts, and provide administrative support to ensure the Sales Team captures internal data and reports regularly.

FY25 Intern - Account Manager, Digital Experience

You will engage with customer organizations at all levels, identifying key decision-makers and fostering long-term relationships built on trust and credibility. You'll support the Sales Team by capturing internal data and ensuring consistent reporting. You'll also drive innovation by challenging the status quo and being open to challenges from Top Management.

FY25 Intern - Sales Velocity Analyst

You will connect customer business challenges with Adobe's solutions, showcasing value through effective presentations and demonstrations. Collaborating with cross-organizational partners will help you develop tools that enhance interactions with customers. Additionally, you will manage projects to recommend new toolsets and improve support for internal teams throughout the sales cycle.

FY25 Intern - Digital Strategy

The Digital Strategy Group is a pre-sales team working with C-level leadership at Adobe's Enterprise customers on strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Interns will take part in multiple strategy engagements for senior customers and lead internal initiatives, like planning and reporting. In each customer engagement, interns will be part of an exceptional team that focuses on developing insights and recommendations.

FY25 Intern - Customer Success

You will navigate all levels of Adobe and customer organizations to identify decision-makers and build long-term relationships based on trust and credibility. Your role will involve managing the post-sales customer experience to drive adoption and accelerate value, while also supporting the Customer Success Team with data collection and reporting. Additionally, you will challenge the status quo to drive innovation and engage in EMEA transformational initiatives.

What you need to succeed:

  • 6-month internship starting: May 2025
  • Candidates should be pursuing a Master's Degree in Sales/Management/Marketing Digital
  • Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, confident and goal-oriented.
  • Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to operate as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the software industry and/or digital marketing would be a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French

What to expect from the recruitment process:

Our selection process typically consists of the stages as follows:

  • On-demand video interview.
  • Assessment day: (30 minutes panel interview + 45 minutes Soft Skills Interview with the Hiring Manager).
