2025 Sixth Street Early Insights Program
Job Description
The Sixth Street Early Insights Program is designed to give undergraduate students, including those from diverse backgrounds of all kinds, an opportunity to explore and learn about the alternative investment industry. The 3-day curriculum features professional development and technical skills training, networking opportunities, an introduction to Sixth Street and the alternative investment industry, and insights into Sixth Street’s Early Careers programs.
This program is open to first or second-year undergraduate students (graduating between December 2026 and June 2028).
Primary Qualifications and Skills:
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial
- Team-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Outstanding academic record
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- No previous finance experience is necessary
- Application deadline: November 4th
The program will be held in San Francisco from March 11th to March 14th, 2025. Please consider your ability to fully engage with the program on those dates when choosing to apply. All travel and accommodations will be provided by Sixth Street. Candidates will be notified by the end of December if they are accepted into the program.
Please note that this is an unpaid experiential program focused on providing participants with exposure to the alternative investment industry. If accepted to participate, this does not constitute an offer of employment with Sixth Street. Participation in the program is voluntary and does not establish an employment relationship of any kind. This program is designed to benefit the participants and is an educational program.
