Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant Intern at IBM you'll work right at the intersection of technology people and process helping our clients transform how they adapt to shifts in the market and more closely align their business strategy and vision. You'll help clients understand leading technologies assist in selection/implementation/ and support of applications by measuring the impact they can have on traditional business operations & processes. Leveraging a growth mindset you’ll play a vital part in helping our clients integrate technology to operations & business to deliver business value wherever needed. In your role you may be responsible for:

• Project business values of a solution in client-relevant terms and drive adoption of the KPI impact with key client stakeholders
• Conduct in-depth business and system/technology analysis to design a better to-be operating model
• Work as a team member to identify functional requirements and subsequently working with or in some instances leading others in the identification justification and design of the client's solution.
• Participate in a wide range of design activities from requirements analysis through business process systems application and/or process design specification and implementation.
• Support the implementation of processes and solutions for registering managing and operating product information within core systems (e.g. PLM SCM) for manufacturing clients.
• Develop communications tailored to specific audiences while working in an agile collaborative environment

• Strong problem-solving capabilities including desire to take ambiguous problems and deliver creative and well-structured solutions; as well as applying deep analytical skills to ensure recommendations are informed by data and insights
• Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by listening actively and conveying difficult messages in a positive manner
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• High level resilience with ability to manage dynamic workloads
• Ability to translate requirements into a business case
• Native in Korean and Fluent in English
• 공인 영어 시험 성적 보유자 (점수 제한 없음 이력서 내 기재 필수)

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Exposure to or experience working with cloud native application methodologies and tools is a plus
• Exposure multiple programming technologies (e.g. Java Python SQL Javascript HTML) is a plus
