Rehab Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician in Bronx, NY

Qualified candidates will have at least one year of previous experience.You will be providing consultant work at skilled nursing facilities across Bronx and Westchester, New York. Providing follow-up visits following rehab medicine consultations by the physician focused on rehab progress issues including - orthopedic, neurological, amputations, and pain management as a collaborating partner with TeamHealth rehab physician and other facility disciplines.
