The company has a data driven HealthCare model and prides itself on delivering high-quality, patient-focused primary care with a focus on risk reduction, preventive health, and chronic disease management.Single Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only.  $250-260K Salary OR Income Guarantee.  Collections-based production incentives.  Relocation Bonus possible.  CME up to 1 week and $2,500 available.  Up to 4 weeks of PTO available.  eClinicalWorks in use for EMR.  401k with 3.5% match.  New patients 30 minutes, established patients 15 minutes in a 8 hour schedule with 45 min lunch.  Call schedule is once every 9-10 months in rotation for clinic only.
