Summary Position is in the Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM), Office of Refugee Admissions (A), Refugee Processing Center (RPC). The mission of PRM/A/RPC is to develop and strengthen the technology systems, operations infrastructure, and processing approaches to resettle refugees in the United States efficiently, effectively, and securely.  Learn more about this agency Requirements Conditions of Employment U.S. Citizenship is required. Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience utilizing qualitative or quantitative methods to analyze, assess, and improve program effectiveness. Experience collaborating with humanitarian organizations or contractors on humanitarian assistance policies and programs. Experience developing and implementing projects involving diverse stakeholders. There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-13 position.
