**Long-Term Care opening in Bismarck, ND** * Full time, permanent opening * Joining a private, multi-specialty practice * Group is physician-owned and the premier group within the geographical area * Competitive first-year salary guarantee, or the Clinic's RVU production-based salary, whichever is greater * The Clinic pays 78% of health and 100% of vision and dental premiums * The profit-sharing plan will pay up to the IRS annual approved amount * The Clinic matches 50% of each physician's first 6% of contribution into the 401k retirement plan * Short-Term Disability (less than 90 days) supplements the physician's production income, if necessary * Two long-term disability policies: * One is a guaranteed (no medical exam) group LTD policy that covers physician salaries up to the higher of 60% of their annual salary or $15,000 per month up to age 65 * The second is a portable individual policy (subject to a medical exam) up to three thousand per month to age 65. The individual policy may be supplemented to higher benefit levels at physicians choosing and eligibility * CME allowance of up to $6,000 per year plus an additional allowance of 1% of the physician's previous year's salary up to $4,500 (combined total of $10,500).
