We are seeking a Locums Orthopedic Hand Surgery Physician to provide 24-hour Emergency Department (ED) call coverage in Asheville, NC. This role requires a physician with expertise in orthopedic hand surgery to address emergent cases, collaborating closely with the ED team and ensuring high-quality patient care.   Dates Needed: December 26 and December 28 (with potential for ongoing shifts)   Shift Details:   Call Coverage: 24-hour ED call shifts, with 16 to 24 shifts available per month Patient Volume: Average of 4 patients per shift  Requirements:   Licensure: Active North Carolina (NC) medical license and NC DEA Certification: Board Certified in Orthopedic Hand Surgery Asheville offers a vibrant setting surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains, known for its scenic beauty, outdoor activities, and unique arts and culture.
