**Psychiatric Hospitalist opening near Philadelphia, PA** Located in Upland, PA - Philadelphia 20m Seeking BC/BE Psychiatrist for our 24 hour psychiatric crisis center. * Full-time (15 shifts per month) or Part-time (8 shifts per month) available * Physician will work nights/weekends in psychiatric emergency center working with diverse patient population * The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing psychiatric evaluations to patients that present to the service as well as in-person consults to hospitalized patients receiving medical care.   * The psychiatrist will work collaboratively as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide high quality care to all patients. * Candidate will function as a proactive team player in a fast-paced environment ensuring high quality care to patients seeking treatment for psychiatric emergencies. * This is a wonderful opportunity for a new graduate or an experienced psychiatrist. * Ideal candidate will coordinate care with outside providers and hospital disciplines when clinically appropriate. * Extra compensation may be earned should a provider be interested in additional hours. **Requirements** * Current MD license in the State of Pennsylvania required plus current DEA registration. * Psychiatric & Medical License * C-L Fellowship training or experience is a plus but not required **Our exceptional benefits package may include:** * Competitive Compensation * Malpractice insurance with Tail Coverage * CME and Professional Development Reimbursement The health system is convenient to a host of excellent housing, educational, shopping and leisure time opportunities.
