Summary About the position: This position will be assigned to the JBER Lodging. This is a Regular Part-Time position. Regular Part -Time employees have a regular and continuous work schedule of at least 20 to 34 hours a week. Learn more about this agency Requirements Conditions of Employment This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results. This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations. The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles. This position requires the incumbent to satisfactorily complete a pre employment drug test with negative results. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use. U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. Territory for three (3) or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation. Qualifying Experience: Applicant must have experience in general clerical or cashier work of any kind in which the applicant has demonstrated ability to perform satisfactorily in handling multiple tasks and providing quality customer service. Experience must have demonstrated the ability to resolve common arithmetic problems, and to make change when receiving payment from customers. Must be able to read, speak, and write English. Must meet state and legal age requirement, 21 years old prior to selling alcoholic beverages. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI). Must satisfactorily complete a pre-employment drug test. Must possess a valid state driver's license. Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution. Additional information Individual must fully meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
