**Hospital-employed, multi-specialty group recruiting an Urologist**
Seeking an enthusiastic BC/BE
Urologist with great clinical and interpersonal skills to join an expanding multi-specialty
practice. Located in ***Hannibal, MO*** - you will enjoy all the benefits of small town living with
the support and resources of a regional healthcare network.
The healthcare system is a
multi-clinic, single hospital system, providing services to patients from Northeast Missouri,
Southeast Iowa and West-Central Illinois. They recently announced a $61 million dollar renovation
and expansion, scheduled to be completed in 2020. The medical group is a multi-specialty group
practice consisting of 18 specialties and 45+ providers. The state of the art office is located in
Medical Office Building attached to the hospital.
The group currently has one experienced and
skilled urology surgeons and is seeking a second.
**Opportunity Details:**
* Join an established
Urology Practice
* 12-16 patients per day
* The minimum requirement is 10 days of call per month.
Additional days are compensated at approximately $750/day. The other nights, patients are referred
by the exchange to the ER.
* Practice patients can be covered by surgeons if needed
* If volume
grows, the program will expand to a 3rd Urologist
* Physician has up to 3 patient rooms and an
office

**Compensation &
Benefits:**
* $525,000 plus $20,000 (Based on Metrics (Citizenship/ Quality/ Billing/ Volume))

After 3 years move to productivity bonus based on WRVU (Potential to get before 3 years)

**Practice Highlights:**
* Join an established Inpatient/Outpatient
Neurology Practice - Inpatient Rehab Unit
* General Neurology, open to sub-specialty training, can
market special training and interests to build but will need to do general in addition
* Typically a
4 day a week schedule
* Neurologist has the option within their practice to allow self-referrals or
have a referral-only practice
* 12-16 patients per day
* Required to take a minimum of 10 days
ED/Unassigned call per month. Additional days are compensated at approximately $580/day. When off,
the Neurologist will sign out to his or her partner or to the medical group Internal Medicine
on-call schedule
* 100 Neuro Consults annually
