ARSIEM is looking for a Senior Software Developer. This position will support one of our government clients in Ft. Meade, MD.

Responsibilities

• Support the Laboratory for Analytic Sciences (LAS) in developing and coding a machine learning recommender system for corporate data feeds
• Extract, transform, and load data from Application Programming Interface (API) and ingress feeds
• Complete initial prototype and operational evaluation, along with scalability solutions
• Create a custom front end to visualize data for user interaction and feedback
• Test and evaluate the use of Large Language Models (LLM) to create queries and pull/aggregate data

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS) degree or related field plus 11 years of relevant experience or Master's degree plus 9 years of relevant experience.
• An Associate's degree plus 13 years of relevant experience or a high school diploma/GED plus 15 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
• Use either Ghost Machine (GM) Pig or GMLearn Instant Environment to conduct Exploratory Data Analytics (EDA)
• Use GM Java MapReduce or GMLearn PySpark to Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) analytic development
• Use PyTorch, Tensorflow, or XGBoost Machine Learning (ML) libraries to apply LLM
• Use GitLab software version control
• Use DataExplorer (DX) to create User Interface (UI)
• Use JIRA and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) to track progress
• Use MADSTROM to create dashboards for monitoring analytic

• Knowledge of WEAVINGEYE or CRYSTALEYES
• GAMBIT
• Analytic Vesting Process (AVG)
• Artificial Intelligence Review Committee (AIRC)​

Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
