What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a highly experienced UI/UX Lead with a strong background in enterprise application development and design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the user experience (UX) design for large-scale, high-performance enterprise applications, with a focus on developing innovative solutions and enhancing user interactions across various platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of UX principles and design methodologies, as well as extensive hands-on experience with UX design in complex environments.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and provide expertise in UX design for large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and effective user interfaces.
  • Design high-performance, user-friendly solutions for complex systems.
  • Architect and design user experiences with a focus on scalability, usability, and accessibility.
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and iteratively improve designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers and collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive design solutions.
  • Ensure that designs align with the overall project and enterprise goals, adhering to best practices and design standards.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Information Technology field, with a strong focus on development projects and UX design.
  • At least 3 years of experience in architecture and design, specifically providing UX expertise for enterprise applications.
  • Expertise in large-scale, high-performance enterprise application deployment, and UX design across complex environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Secret Level Clearance or higher is required
  • Federal contracting experience preferred.
