OB Hospitalist and Site Director Opportunity Near Midland, Texas

Located in west Texas, this OB Hospitalist group is growing and needing a Site Director to help lead this team in this practice near Midland, Texas. Site Directors perform an important dual clinical/professional role: ensuring their program is achieving clinical and operational objectives and guiding the Hospitalist team. Responsibilities include working five or more Hospitalist shifts each month, and traveling to address hospital and operational priorities as needed. Hourly Rate.  CME time and money available.  Ancillary income available.  401K.  225-bed full service hospital facility.  Level III NICU.  Over 2,700 deliveries annually.  Private labor/delivery/recovery suites .  11-bed antepartum unit.  Professional liability insurance with tail coverage.
