Primary Care position in Las Vegas. This organization has five clinics in the greater Las Vegas and Henderson area specializing in Value Based Medicine. The goal of the practice is to replace the nations reliance on fragmented, fee-for-service care with comprehensive, coordinated care using payment models that hold organizations accountable for cost control and quality gains. The organization has 10 providers, and over 50 well trained staff members.Outpatient only without call.  9-6 Monday through Friday work schedule.  Five year partnership track.  Spanish speaking providers preferred.  Salary is negotiable and also includes production bonuses. Sign on bonus also available..  Total earnings to exceed $300,000.  Paid malpractice, tail insurance, CME time and $$$, ample PTO and 401k with match all provided.  Vegas - one of the fastest growing cities in the country.
