Nephrology Opportunity Private Practice in Beautiful Indio, California

Position Overview:A growing private nephrology practice in Indio, CA—closely associated with JFK Memorial Hospital—is seeking a motivated and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Nephrologist to join their team. The incoming physician will join two seasoned nephrologists who have been long-standing providers in the community and maintain excellent relationships with local hospitals and dialysis centers.Practice Highlights:Affiliated Hospital: JFK Memorial Hospital (Indio, CA)Team: Join two experienced nephrologists with deep roots in the communityDialysis Centers: Practice associated with four centers across the valley (Indio, La Quinta, Coachella, Rancho Mirage)Clinic Location: Primary office in Indio, CASchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM4 days in clinic weekly1:3 weekend call rotation (hospital rounds at 2 facilities)Patient Volumes:~10 patients per half day in clinic~10 inpatients at a time during hospital roundsSupport: Excellent bilingual clinical and administrative staffCompensation: Competitive salary with partnership track availableContracts: Practice holds managed care agreements with major IPAs in the area, as well as PPO, private, and Medi-Cal plansCulture: High patient satisfaction and a collaborative, supportive work environmentWhy Indio, CA?Nestled in the Coachella Valley, Indio offers year-round sunshine, a low cost of living relative to Southern California, and easy access to Palm Springs, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
