This role balances administrative and clinical teaching responsibilities, offering a 50/50 split between each.Position Details: Lead and oversee the Categorical Internal Medicine residency program. Engage in a blend of administrative duties and clinical teaching. Bring a minimum of three years of educational or administrative experience in an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Program. Participate in faculty recruitment, retention, and professional development. Develop and implement curriculum, policies, and procedures for the residency program. Ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and standards. Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment.Qualifications: Board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine in the United States.
