Job Description
Seeking a General Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physician to provide equitable and
effective value-based healthcare services to a well-established primary care practice in Columbia,
MO. We are seeking an ambulatory clinic physician who is motivated to provide exceptional care to
our adult population; exposure to pediatrics is historically minimal. New graduates are encouraged
to apply.

Position Expectations/Description:
Assess, diagnose, treat and administer primary care
services for our patient population.
Maintain accurate patient medical record data and documentation
via Meditech Expanse Â
Collaborate with the medical group specialists, hospital providers and health
system leadership to coordinate care and meet key quality metrics as it relates to population
health.
Access to full service, hospital affiliated clinic with excellent patient mix, including
comprehensive lab, imaging and therapy services on-site.
See 16 to 20 patients per day as a
full-time provider with a half day protected as administrative time.
Monday through Friday schedule
with holidays off; minimal call responsibilities shared amongst eight additional
providers.

Looking for the following qualifications:
Medical Doctor
(M.D) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) graduate
Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family
Medicine (or board eligible)
Current unrestricted license to practice medicine and prescribe
medication and the ability of obtain a Missouri medical license
Active DEA license
