Summary
This position is located at: SpareTime Bowling Center- Fort Riley, Kansas.
From first frame to final strike - lead the team that keeps it all rolling at the SpareTime Bowling Center on Fort Riley. MWR supports the Military Family with fun and relaxing recreational activities, great food and drinks and excellent service.

Duties
Manages a large business activity. Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a
fluctuating customer base.
Represents the activity at conferences, to special interest groups and other agencies. Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives.
Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Evaluates the success of
programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment
Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan.
Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
Must be willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following:
Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e.; restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed.
Highly Preferred Qualifications
1. Minimum two (2) years of work experience managing or directing i.e.,family entertainment facility, bowling center, restaurant, or food and beverage operation.
2.Experience with financial analysis, budget development and execution, and food and labor cost management.
3.Experience with marketing and executing programs and events.

Allowances and Differentials
This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
