Comprehensive Ophthalmology Opportunity with a Private, Physician-Owned Group Practice Highlights Join three (3) full-time ophthalmologists (general and retina), each supported by scribes and two technicians Dedicated Eye Center with adjacent multi-OR Surgery Center and optical shop Opportunity to assume significant Glaucoma and Cataract volume if interested 4 clinic days + 1 OR day per week – partners typically take Fridays off 40–55 patients per clinic day; 8–12 surgical procedures per OR day Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary + 60–68% collections – incentive eligibility from day one!
