Position Summary
We are looking for a hands on 2d Art team lead to join to our casual game: Backgammon Live. The Art team lead will create, and lead the Art team with an expert understanding of mobile gaming as well as an understanding of current trends in the best casual games.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of artists hands-on, handling both live ops and monetization pop ups, as well as new features demands from development team.
• Design and create UI campaigns.
• Be able to Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and graphic assets.
• Work directly with production to ensure that schedules and plans meet business and project needs.
• Maintain stylistic consistency by expertly matching the current style of the game and proposing innovations and improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience producing high-quality 2D game art.
• 1+ years experience as a manager of artists.
• English - daily communication.
• Master with the Adobe creative suite (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Takes initiative and has excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage employees' skills and continue to develop processes, methods, and workflows.
• Fulfill several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Work well with people in a team environment, great team member!
• Ukraine - A dvantage.
• Working knowledge of Unity implementation and basic UI animation - A dvantage.
• Strong Illustration skill - A dvantage.
• Good Knowledge of 3D software - A dvantage.
