2d BN CSD System Administrator

Gray Tier Technologies is currently seeking a 2d BN CSD System Administrator to join our team in Fort Belvoir, VA in support of the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications, and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage software licenses.
• Update software images.
• Troubleshoot and remediate software applications.
• Install and manage software applications.
• Monitor and report software application performance metrics.
• Develop, implement, and update backup and recovery procedures.
• Maintain STIG compliance as required.
• Operate and maintain vSphere application.
• Manage the Active Directory AD Domain with windows systems and servers and Linux.
• Coordinate lifecycle equipment replacement.
• Forecast hardware and software requirements.
• Maintain equipment.
• Conduct CD/DVD handling procedures.
• Document processes and procedures.
• Provide customer support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Graduate of the Army Information Operations Planner Course (AIPOC)
• Active DoD IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ ce)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level.
