The opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and streetwear savvy 2IC Assistant Store Manager to join the Culture Kings team at our Chadstone location. This is the pinnacle retail role, where you will be at the forefront of street fashion, not just following fashion trends but setting them.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a fashion retail management or leadership role
• Exceptional selling skills with a strong understanding of customer service, we don't just sell, we create long-lasting experiences!
• Ability to meet & drive Sales & KPI's
• Operationally excellent and experienced with stock control and visual merchandising
• A natural ability to influence, coach and develop the team at an individual level
• An adaptable attitude to an ever-changing and growing retail environment
• A genuine passion for Streetwear & Retail

Our store trades 7 days a week so you must be available to work weekends & late nights on a rotating roster.
