Hospital Employee, Outpatient or Traditional.  Telephone Consultation with Minimal Call Ratio.  $220-230K Annual Salary.  WRVU and Quality Bonus production incentives.  Loan Forgiveness available.  Signing Bonus available up to $20,000 .  Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000.  CME up to $4,000 available.  403B.  J1 and H1B option.
