Job Description
Summary
As a Program Analyst, you will serve as a technical advisor for assigned Technology Modernization Fund (TMF) activities, including conducting data analysis, identifying trends and takeaways, communicating your findings, and collaborating on driving strategic change.
Location of position: General Services Administration (GSA), Office of the Deputy Administrator, Project Management Office (PMO) for the TMF.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $103,409 per year (based on Step 1, outside of locality pay areas) to $128,717 (includes locality pay). Locality pay will be determined once the duty location has been established.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Management and Program Analysis Series 0343.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Specialized experience is one year of experience equivalent to the GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience serving as a technical advisor utilizing data analytics tools to perform studies on program activities. Experience must include evaluating and identifying operational problems, evaluating alternative solutions and recommending actions using data standards and protocols to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Additional information
This is a TERM appointment, made for an initial period of up to 2 years. The appointment may be extended up to a total of 4 years, in increments of 1 year or less. Permanent competitive career or career-conditional employment cannot be acquired through a term appointment. Term employees are eligible to participate in most of the benefit programs available to permanent federal employees, e.g., the FEHB, FEGLI, Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) and the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP).
