304b Account Management (Non-IC) Lead Associate - Work at Home - Accredo

The 340B Lead Associate works across the 340b Account Management department to support our Business Leaders, Account Executives, and customers. This role understands client contractual requirements and ensures the teams are implementing and servicing in accordance to the intent of the contract. 340B Sales Operations Lead Analyst partners with Senior Account Managers and Account Executives to build and maintain strategic customer relationships. They share best practices to contribute to development of others and provide forward-thinking leadership designed to move the business forward.

The 340B Lead Associate provides advanced support within the 340B Account Management Department. The role provides client support, non- standard reporting, research into client issues, and project support as requested. In this position, you will work with Senior Account Managers and Account Executives in support of assigned client base - support includes the contribution to issue logs, salesforce collaboration, researching invoice questions, pulling client data from TPA portals, interfacing with pharmacy/Product/Accounting/Sales, etc. to help resolve client inquires. The primary measure of the Account Management Advisor's performance is by way of client satisfaction and client retention results.

What you must have

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills.
• Naturally inquisitive with a desire to solve problems and dig into detailed analysis.
• Experience working cross-functionally and promoting collaborative partnerships to drive results.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively to various audiences/levels including leadership through various mediums.
• Ability to take a complex product/financial/pricing issue(s)/problem(s) and deconstruct it into a concise, impactful message(s).
• Salesforce (Client Relationship Management) updates and entries.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 72,100 - 120,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
