Urgent Care opening in Quincy, ILLocated in Quincy, Illinois2.5 hours to St Louis, MOFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a BE/BC Urgent Care doctor to join practice.Health is looking for a Physician to join our established, busy, Walk-In Clinic located in Quincy, Illinois.- Must see all ages = FM/Urgent Care; clinic sees ages 3 months and up- RNs, LPNs, CMAs - experienced on the team- 10 rooms with infusion room- Lab and Xray on site (no advanced imaging)- 80-100 patients per day- Ability to do infusions- Typically three - 12 hour shifts per week (on average).- Schedule 3-4 months in advance- Splinting / Suturing- ESI levels 4s and 5s with occasional 3sBenefits:- Base: $275K (for working 1656 hours = 36 hours per week x 46 weeks; gives him/her credit for 6 weeks off per year)- Bonus Potential: $50K ($12,500 per quarter potential, docs are receiving $6-8500K; on average)- Extra Shifts = extra $- $50K sign-on- Up to $150,000 Educational Debt Forgiveness (is applicable) paid at time of Practice CommencementLocation:The community also offers excellent public and parochial schools, a public 2-year community college, a private 4-year university, fine dining, expansive and well-developed parks, and abundant recreational facilities.Quincy is located two hours from St. Louis, three and a half hours from Kansas City, and four hours from Chicago.
