Nocturnist - Admits Only

Brand-new, state-of-the-art facility — is seeking a dedicated Hospitalist / Nocturnist to join our inpatient team. This role offers a consistent 7p–7a schedule with 7 on / 7 off blocks, no code or rapid response duties, and no procedural requirements. Our program emphasizes physician autonomy, efficiency, and work-life balance, allowing you to manage your nights without micromanagement or strict timekeeping. Key Responsibilities: Provide inpatient care and overnight medical management for adult hospitalized patients Collaborate with on-site and on-call multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR Communicate clearly with patients, families, nursing staff, and referring providers Support care transitions, admissions, cross-coverage, and discharge planning as needed Highlights of the Position: Schedule: 7 on / 7 off, 7p–7a Compensation: $280K W2 or $290K 1099 Quarterly productivity bonus + quarterly quality bonus Estimated total comp: ~$310K No codes or rapid response responsibilities No procedures required Autonomy to manage patient flow without clock-in/clock-out requirements Supportive leadership and a collegial team environment Efficient workflows with experienced nursing and ancillary staff Full benefits package available Qualifications: MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the state Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independently How to Apply:Interested candidates may submit their CV to [email protected].
