PRN Occupational Health APP Position in Roaring Spring, PA

Conemaugh Nason Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Health Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic team on a PRN basis. Our Occupational Health team focuses on ensuring workplace safety, health assessments, and injury management, all while fostering a collaborative and efficient practice environment.   Position Details: Specialty: Occupational Health APP FTE: PRN (as needed) Shifts: 2-5 shifts per month, typically M-F from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Clinic Volume: 15-20 patients per day Current Team: Medical Director, 1 APP per shift, supported by 4 medical assistants and office staff No rounding or call schedule required Flexible scheduling with no holiday shifts Equipment available includes spirometry for testing (handled by medical assistants)   Key Responsibilities: Conduct DOT physicals and respiratory assessments Manage work-related injuries (initial assessments and follow-ups) Utilize clinic EMR (Agility) and hospital EMR (Epic) for patient documentation Collaborate with the existing healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care   Requirements: DOT certification (training will be provided) Willingness to consider new graduates Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment   Join us in enhancing workplace health and safety at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center!
