Summary
You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Weapons System Support Contracting Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Duties
You will provide functional administration for procurement systems.
You will collect, analyze, and disseminate contracting data across the department.
You will provide subject matter expertise for assigned management information systems related to procurement actions, reporting, and tracking.
You will synthesize data, identify trends, and propose initiatives to increase process standardization.
You will perform system administration for various Integrated Acquisition Environment systems.

Qualifications
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes the following: 1) Ensuring the administration, maintenance, and operation of acquisition automation systems used to produce consistent procurement products and data; 2) Implementing new or revised regulations related to automated acquisition processes and providing advice, guides, standards and training for contracting personnel and management; 3) Knowledge of procurement systems, data reports, and processes within the Systems Support and the Metrics and Data focus areas; 4) Performing collection, analysis and dissemination of contracting-related data and information from management information systems (MIS) such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), System Application Programming (SAP), tracking systems, and other organization data, developing standard and ad hoc reports using data processing software; and 5) Expressing ideas and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.

PPP applicants will be placed at the FPL, if determined Well Qualified (WQ). To receive priority consideration, the FPL must be the same grade level or equivalent of the retained grade or the grade held immediately prior to separation.
