Description: Office Schedule: Monday " Friday, 8:00 a.m. " 4:30 p.m. Physician Schedule: 3 - 4 half days in clinic, 3 - 4 half days in surgery, 1 full day off Physician Call 1:5 " Physician takes 1 full week call (Friday 8:00 a.m. " Friday 8:00 a.m.), no clinic during call week only hospital procedures and front-line call coverage Call Friday to Thursday, Rotating Holidays Average Patient Volumes: Half Day Clinic 12 " 15, Half Day Surgery 8 " 10 Practice shares 3 RNs, dedicated MA support for every physician, 2 surgery schedulers in-house Outreach Required: Clinics in LaPorte, Chesterton, Valparaiso (all within 30 minutes commute) Potential Virtual Visits Shared collaboration between physician for APPs in group Hospital based Nurse Practitioner sees new consults and rounding ahead of physicians Clinic based Nurse Practitioner Strong mentorship available from senior physician leadership Strong referral base: On average 75 -100 per week for general GI In-Network Oncology Services offering full spectrum, wrap around services Onsite Equipment: BRAVO, Pill Cam, Fibroscan, HD Motility and EndoFlip located at the Surgicenter Advanced endoscopist in the group offering EUS and a wide range of pancreaticobiliary interventions.
