General Cardiology - Washington State - PSLF Eligible

Summary: Skagit Regional Health is seeking an Invasive or Non-Invasive Cardiology trained physician to join our well established practice in Mount Vernon, Washington due to rapid growth and increased demand. Skagit Regional Health is committed to nurturing a culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and professional growth.   Highlights: This physician will join an experienced and collegial group of 7 General Cardiologists, 3 Interventional Cardiologists, 2 Electrophysiologists, and 9 APPs, along with a full complement of clinical support staff. This position encompasses the full scope of Cardiology responsibilities including inpatient rounding, reading Cardiology testing results and outpatient appointments. Inpatient activities supported by our strong Hospitalist program. This position will require rotation between the main clinic location in Mount Vernon and a satellite office roughly 30 minutes away. Shared weeknight and weekend call rotation among the physicians. Our Cardiology practice has the support of a thriving referral network from our in-house primary care providers, ensuring a substantial patient volume from day one. Teaching opportunities exist with Medical Students from PNWU and Residents from our own SRH Residency Program. Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization. Qualifications: Graduate from an ACGME accredited fellowship program. Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Cardiology. Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license. The ideal candidate will place a priority on quality of care, patient experience and collaboration.
