Summary As a Lead Information Technology Specialist with NASA's Agency Business Solutions, Stakeholder Engagement group, the Business Process Re-engineering Lead plays a critical role in NASA's agency-wide SAP update to SAP S/4 High-performance Analytic Appliance (S/4HANA) and future transformations. Oversee and drive the redesign a variety NASA financial management processes; requiring a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive transformation and optimize operations. Qualifications Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Leading major business process re-engineering efforts in one or more of the following areas: finance, procurement, strategic infrastructure, mission directorates, and/or information technology; Applying concepts of strategic planning and key performance indicator development with data analytics and visualization in order to connect strategy with execution and achieve intended results; Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs/projects and communicate recommended improvements to leadership.
