Healthcare Revenue Cycle Compliance Manager

Large, multi-system 1199 Union hospital in Brooklyn offering competitive pay, tremendous opportunities for growth with an excellent Major Medical, PTO, Vision, dental plans.We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Revenue Cycle Compliance Manager to oversee the operations of the Revenue Cycle Billing and Reimbursement Compliance function across the enterprise. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that the organization is in compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines. Additionally, the Revenue Cycle Compliance Manager will conduct audits of medical record documentation billed to third-party payers to verify compliance with regulations and standards.Brooklyn's unique blend of cultural richness, diversity, and community spirit makes it a dynamic and appealing borough within the bustling metropolis of New York City.Compensation:  $100,000.00Education and Experience:·         Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Finance/Business or a related field.·         Minimum of 4 years of experience in regulatory and/or compliance in a healthcare setting.·         CHC Certification or other Coding Certification (e.g., CCS, CPC, etc.).
