Envision is recruiting a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their Ingalls Family and Urgent Care Center in Calumet City, IL.{Requirements: Minimum of one-year urgent care or ED experience post-graduation experience, required. New graduates will not be considered. This position is cross credentialed across three facilities in Calumet City, Flossmoor & Tinley Park}.
