Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum of One (1) Year OT Experience
• PC Experience

Skills Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

• Master's Degree
• Home Care Experience

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• Occupational Therapist License.
• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
