360° Insights Business Management Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual, a go-getter to lead portfolio governance, reporting, and to manage holistic value proposition working across RWMDCT (Retirement, Wealth, Marketing, and Digital Client technology), and business, and corporate leadership teams to deliver on collective goals. This individual is responsible for executing and leading all C-Suite governance and reporting to proactively manage our delivery and execution for an extra-large size and complex portfolio (e.g., Monthly operating reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, CIO metrics including scorecards, financials, operations, agile, workforce, risk). Play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team by managing high-touch internal and external engagements / stakeholders by developing and managing story boards and related collaterals (product roadmaps, client engagement playbooks, executive committee events/offsites/conferences, C-Suite presentations, reports etc.). Responsible for providing strategic and operational support, ensuring seamless communication, and orchestrating and executing various projects with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead strategic portfolio governance/reporting, design and monitor health metrics, and drive operating process efficiencies to realize maximum value for an extra-large and complex portfolio.
- Execute and lead all C-Suite governance and reporting for RWMDCT and implement best practices, governance structure, tools, and platforms to streamline the reporting life cycle while providing transparency and superb support to the team.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, presentations, storytelling narratives, and reports.
- Design and monitor success metrics / scorecards and related governance to ensure effective operational execution to drive continuous improvement.
- Support stakeholder management and alignment across major governance forums e.g., monthly / quarterly business operating reviews.
- Take ownership of various strategic initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage high-touch internal and external engagements: Executive meetings, Client meetings etc.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
- Exceptional organizational skills, and expertise in managing multiple critical deliverables, working with tight deadlines and proven experience in delivering outcomes aligned to the group's goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally, at all organizational levels.
- Thrives in busy, highly matrixed, frequently changing/ambiguous environments.

- University (Degree) Preferred

Required:
- 5+ years of technology and business management experience
- 3+ years of hands-on technology portfolio governance/management/reporting experience in large organizations
- Experience partnering with Executive Leadership/C-Suite and Finance, HR, and Tech leadership
Preferred:
- Prior chief of staff responsibilities preferred
- Technology background preferred
- Financial Services background preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication

Base Pay Range: $120,000/yr. - $193,700/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
