360° Insights Team - Chief of Staff for Digital Client Technology
Job Description
Chief Administrative Office's 360° Insights team manages holistic value proposition for the group working across technology, business, and corporate leadership teams to deliver on collective goals. This role is to ensure comprehensive support for Digital Client Technology team while being fully integrated with the CAO group. This leader will support high-touch internal and external engagements / stakeholders by developing story boards and related collaterals (product roadmaps, calendar of key events etc.). Design and monitor success metrics / scorecards and related governance to ensure effective operational execution to drive continuous improvement. Orchestrate and deliver on various strategic projects for the team.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- 360° insights of the Digital Client Technology group, work portfolio, team portfolio, and scorecard.
- Integration across all capabilities within the Digital Client Technology team to deliver vision-to-value realization.
- Ensure communications is consistent within and across the team and tightly connected with the broader RMDCT group.
- Manage holistic scorecards, financials, workforce plans to drive operational efficiencies.
- Drive and deliver on high-touch internal and external engagements: Town Halls, Executive meetings, Client meetings.
- Design and manage strategic communications and integrated calendar of all key events across technology and business stakeholders.
- Foster "one team" culture across stakeholder groups by managing various talent and engagement activities.
- Provide oversight and management of risk & related mitigation plans.
- Support stakeholder management and alignment across major governance forums e.g., monthly / quarterly business operating reviews.

- Prior chief of staff responsibilities preferred
- Technology background preferred
- Experience partnering with Executive Leadership/C-Suite

- Strong verbal and written communication
- Digital Technology experience preferred
Base Pay Range: $119,400/yr. - $199,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
