Neurosurgery Opportunity

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time Neurosurgeon to join our Hauenstein Neurosciences Team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Practice Features:

• Join the renowned Neurosurgery Program at Trinity Health Grand Rapids, known for achieving best-in-class outcomes in brain and spine surgery.
• Utilize cutting-edge imaging technology for both static and real-time visualization of brain activity.
• Seeking an individual with specialization in skull-based and vascular neurosurgery, and endovascular procedures.
• Recognized by Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Spine Surgery Center of Excellence.
• Work will be centered at the Grand Rapids hospital location.
• The facilities include a Comprehensive Stroke Center, a Level 4 Epilepsy Center, and a Movement Disorder Clinic.
• Join a team alongside two employed neurosurgeons, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Position will require general/trauma neurosurgical coverage, but primary coverage will be in vascular neurosurgery, skull base, brain tumor, ideally with endovascular skills.
• There will be opportunity for performance of spine surgery as well.
• Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible.
• State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
• DEA license
• BLS Certification and maintain recertification.
