THIS ROLE: NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at our facility in Valdosta, GA at Valdosta Orthopedic Associates. THE FACILITY: Valdosta Orthopedic Associates - 2 CRNAs daily This is a very independent and autonomous practice, looking for someone with 5 years experience and some independent practice history. CASES INCLUDE: Orthopedics We Offer: Base Salary $215K - $240K escalating base salary annually Multi-Site Stipend: $20,000 *Annual Performance Bonus* OT After 8 hours worked Daily $75K Sign on Bonus Generous PTO: 6 weeks Full Time, W2 Flexible Scheduling: Rotation between sites that gives you every Friday off weekly, plus 2 days off every 3rd week!
