Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, OR at least 3 years of relevant professional experience. Expertise in designing advertisements and marketing campaigns for events/programs using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software. Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in internet-based tools, databases, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, CMS platforms, and email marketing tools. Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and social media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce AP Style copywriting with minimal errors. Experience in photography, videography, and video editing, including creating short- and long-form content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Knowledge of AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) and marketing automation software. Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks within deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external customers. A results-driven portfolio showcasing graphic design, and video production. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does allow for education substitution. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
