Summary
About the position: This position is assigned to all Osan Club Complex facilities of the 51st Force Support Squadron, Osan AFB, South Korea. Work schedule is part time, 20 hours per week. Leads and manages all supply and inventory functions for the Osan Club Complex.
For overseas positions, qualified applicants with military spouse preference and family member preference receive hiring priority over other applicants.

Duties
Manages services through stock control, requisitioning, delivery and inventory control.
Establishes and maintains minimum stock levels.
Manages stocks of perishable items.
Establishes and maintains the appropriate security of high value and items subject to theft
Maintains material safety data sheets (MSDS) on all chemical solutions stocked.
Conducts collection and drop-off of supplies, amenities, and equipment at regular intervals to maintain sufficient inventory at all work centers. Picks up various supply documents from warehouse office/remote terminals.
Maintains an accurate accounting and reporting system for nonexpendable property.
Accountable for storing backup inventories in compliance with widely recognized supply warehousing and safety regulations and guidelines
Ensures maintenance and preventive maintenance are performed on all warehousing equipment and tools.

Conditions of employment
This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
Priority consideration will be given to military spouse preference and family member preference eligible residing in the commute area of the duty location for this position.
No transportation, travel, PCS, or relocations expenses will be paid.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
This position requires satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks in accordance with Air Force and DoD policy, and a Tier 1 background investigation.
The 51st Force Support Squadron is not providing PCS support. Applicants must provide proper documentation indicating they are already a supported member of Osan AB.
Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license.

Qualifying Experience:
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
Progressively responsible experience in supply work which provided knowledge of rules, regulations, procedures, and program requirements of the local supply organization and the organizations serviced.
Knowledge of supply inventory and accountability procedures and regulations.
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to apply basic analytical methods and techniques to resolve supply problems and/or deviations from normal supply management procedures or program requirements.
Knowledge and ability to perform a range of standard clerical assignments and to resolve recurring problems.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution in order to qualify.
FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying.

Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
All Federal NAF employees are required by PL 104-134 to have salary payments made by electronic funds transfer/direct deposit.
Probationary period may be required.
Selection is subject to restrictions resulting from hiring preferences and priority consideration eligible.

Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs is not authorized based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
