Emergency Medicine position in northwest Illinois available for immediate hire or for those still in training. You will practice in a smaller community with an excellent work/life balance. 99 bed, independent, community hospital with an employed physician model. They currently have 60 physicians in 35 areas of medicine. Family friendly atmosphere, high earning potential, laid back lifestyle, robust benefits package and easy access to Chicago. Total ED patient visits - 25-26K per year. Staffing model - 36 physician hours and 12 APP hours per day.   (12) 12-hour shifts per month.   60 hours PTO.   Extra shifts available.   Sign-on bonus.   Retention bonus.  Community offers small town charm with Chicago just two hours away.
