Duties
You will serve as the operations training and integrated exercise advisor for all installation program directors and department heads on the execution of their respective integrated training requirements.
You will serve as the installation’s Planning Board for Training (PB4T) Coordinator.
You will serve as the ITT Coordinator for the Region Training Team (RTT) and all other Shore Training
Continuum associated higher headquarters (HHQ) assessments.
You will seek cooperation and agreement on major policy issues and collaborative training opportunities to strengthen capability in a fiscally restrained environment.

You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal
You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Knowledge of integrating operational and administrative readiness and exercise program's mission, organization and work processes throughout the enterprise
Applying qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of the installation
Knowledge of basic emergency response procedures including regional operations
Commanding and controlling watch team organization, information management processes, resource management, and planning to collaborate with leaders on organizing, training, and assessing the installation's Incident Management Team.
Establishing short and long-range plans to meet enterprise-required training and exercise goals, objectives, and milestones and directly supports major assessments.

This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission
