- BC/ BE General Surgery Physician to join our medical group. - Bread and Butter General Surgery - Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM to 5PM) - Call Schedule - around 15-20 days (additional pay) - More than 4 ORs at the hospital but 4 is what we commonly use - With DaVinci robots - will eventually upgrade. - Not a trauma hospital. - No need for admitting patients as this is handled by the hospitalist and medicine. - Can start immediately (2024 Preferred) - J1 Waiver candidates are welcome to apply Benefits - Salary Range: 350K-400K annually - The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure. - Productivity Bonus - Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance can be also given. - Total Rewards package includes but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, Health Insurance: self-funded EPO (HMO) no cost for provider, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, Malpractice Insurance and many more voluntary benefit options. - Located in Victorville, CA - about 90 miles Northeast of Los Angeles and 35 miles northeast of San Bernardino - Enjoy Southern California living at a fraction of the cost of nearby Los Angeles.
