Nurse Practitioner needed in Indiana for Occupational Health coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and IN state license. Shifts will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Will see less than 7 patients per day to start, depending on the day, with volumes expected to rise and patient population is all ages. Onsite clinic for employees and families. Phlebotomy experience is preferred but not required. Support staff is 2 MA's.
